Overdue post; Red velvet cupcake I baked was a success. My initial plan to bake the rvc was for my bestfriend's belated birthday gift. But then there were extras. So I gave it to my work colleagues & of course for my family. Glad that everyone that ate it, loved it. You know that satisfying feeling you get for all your hard work in baking and knowing people loved it. Owwyes man! Credits to ibu too for guiding me here and there.
